Quick answers before you book
My building is a co-op or a rental. Is that okay?
Yes. We work in co-ops and rentals every week and leave the wall clean. If your building asks for a COI (proof of our insurance), we provide it.
Brick wall or drywall?
Both, plus plaster. Same price, no upcharge. The only exception: in-wall wire hiding (Advanced and Premium) works on drywall only.
What happens to my $50 if I need to reschedule?
It moves with you. The deposit applies to your new slot, and it always counts toward your total.
Do you bring the mount?
Yes. A pro bracket is included in every package. Want a tilting bracket instead? That is $20.
How long does the install take?
Essential is usually done in under an hour. Wire-hiding packages take longer, and Premium (in-wall cabinet) is usually a 6 to 8 hour day.
