Pricing
Base package price of $269 applies to TVs up to 65″. For TVs larger than 65″, $99 is added to any package. For example, a Golden Embrace installation for a 75″ TV would be $269 + $99 (large TV) + $99 ( Golden Embrace) = $469. We’ll confirm final pricing based on your TV size and package before we begin.
What’s included
Prices above cover labor for installation and standard mounting hardware. The Samsung Frame TV itself, optional bezels, or any specialty equipment are not included (but can be purchased separately through us).
Samsung mount
Samsung The Frame TVs come with their own proprietary slim wall mount in the box, which we will use for installation. If that mount is missing or you prefer an aftermarket mounting solution, please let us know in advance.
In-wall concealment limitations
In-wall cable routing is done only in standard stud/drywall walls. It is not performed in solid concrete, brick, or plaster-over-masonry walls (for those, we use surface molding or discuss custom solutions). We always check for plumbing or electrical lines in the wall before any in-wall work.
Electrical work
The Masterpiece custom package includes minor electrical work (such as installing an outlet or running power inside the wall). For other packages, we assume a power outlet is available near where the One Connect box will sit (usually below the TV). We do not relocate electrical outlets in the standard packages.
Clean workspace
Our team respects your home. We lay down protective coverings as needed and always clean up after ourselves. We aim to leave your space as clean as (or cleaner than) we found it.
Scheduling
We serve NYC (all boroughs). Appointment times can be coordinated to fit your schedule and any building requirements. Let us know if your building has specific rules (e.g., weekday work hours, insurance certificates) – we make it easy to comply.
